About Us

Owned and operated by three members of the Pedro and Concha Quintana family, the Inn was built on the site of their grandfather's store on Agua Fria Street, a stone's throw from the historic Santuario de Guadalupe, one of the oldest churches in Santa Fe.

Agua Fria itself was once the famous Camino Real, an ancient route connecting northern New Mexico to Mexico, traversed for centuries by Indian and then Hispanic traders.

The Inn was built in a manner that pays tribute to the classic Spanish architecture of historic Santa Fe. Careful thought has gone into the use of every inch of space throughout the grounds. A tour of The Guadalupe Inn provides a sense of yesteryear with eye-catching details from the balconies and garden paths.
